The information has reached Capitan of the death of Major T. B. Gregg, at White Oaks, on the 10th inst. Major Gregg was an old Lincoln county pioneer, and leaves many friends who will long remember him.
When Thomas Beecher Gregg was born on March 11, 1831, in Brewer, Maine, his father, Thomas, was 30 and his mother, Sally, was 25. He married Annie Maria Adams on June 23, 1853, in his hometown. They had one child during their marriage. He died on December 10, 1904, in White Oaks, New Mexico, at the age of 73.
