A Good Woman Passes Away

On Monday morning, about ten o’clock, Mrs. Hattie S. Mayer, wife of Frederick Mayer, after an illness of several weeks, passed out of this life. A group of four little ones, the oldest a girl not yet ten, and the youngest a boy of four, are left motherless. Mrs. Mayer was still in the blush of young womanhood when she was called to part from her beloved group. Born on June 2nd, 1873 she came to White Oaks in the days of her girlhood in the spring of 1891. She was married to Frederick Mayer January 2nd, 1892…………….
