Dunning and Miller started in 1881 with Danforth Dunning and Henry J Miller. The lot is located on the late Ruth Birdsong property in White Oaks main street and the South West corner of Pine. The business lasted a few years only and in 1883 a Billiard Hall was established. See proprty below. In Dec of 1888, Mrs. P G Janes started a boarding house and lunch counter in Building. Henry Miller died in Oct 1890 only 37 years old.
