Augustus Schinzing

When August Schinzing was born on August 4, 1854, in St Louis, Missouri, his father, Joseph, was 25 and his mother, Katherine, was 24. He married Magdalene Rosslia Herzog and they had one son together. He then married Clara Ann Rice on November 28, 1892, in Shelby, Illinois. He died on December 19, 1930, in Beatrice, Nebraska, at the age of 76, and was buried in Shelbyville, Illinois. His wife Clara Ann Rice was born on March 8, 1861, in Shelbyville, Illinois. She married August Schinzing on November 28, 1892, in Shelby, Illinois. She died on January 21, 1940, in Houston, Texas, at the age of 78, and was buried in her hometown. Mr. Schinzing owned and operated the Little Casino Saloon in White Oaks, New Mexico
